    The movie revolves around two American tourists, Lindsay (Ashley C. Williams) and Jenny (Ashlynn Yennie), who become stranded in Germany. They seek help at a nearby house, where they meet the disturbed Dr. Heiter (Dieter Laser). Heiter, a former surgeon, has a twisted obsession with creating a human centipede.

    The film's plot takes a dark turn as Heiter kidnaps the two women and performs a grotesque surgical procedure, connecting their mouths to the anuses of the person in front of them, creating a human centipede. The women's goal is to survive and find a way to escape from Heiter's clutches.
